A cozy hideaway with charm
Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with bright smiles and valuable tips about local attractions, enhancing our experience tremendously. The peaceful ambiance invited us to unwind completely.
However, the room was a bit dated, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the summer heat. It was occasionally a challenge to find relief from the warmth.

It was just a fitting option for a short stayover in Levittown with outstanding value. The room had a cracked wall that added a quirky touch to the decor. Make sure to bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

Staff was nice and accommodating.
My stay was dreadful. I found the room filthy with hair all over the blanket from the last guest. The bathroom was in awful condition and smelled terrible. Additionally, the cleaning service was a joke. my room was only cleaned once over the course of six days. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the comfortable bed and the fantastic remote control AC. One highlight was the delicious meal from the nearby food stand, which became a memorable experience.

I loved the cozy vibes with Christmas decorations, and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax. The ladies truly meant well. Plus, easy parking outside was a bonus!
But honestly, if the hairy blanket was a fashion statement, it flopped! And daily cleaning? Only if you count the one time they did it in six days!

Great coffee shop and friendly staff, but the Wi-Fi was unreliable during my stay.

The stay was primarily for a short transit before heading to explore the nearby attractions like Old San Juan and Castillo San Felipe del Morro. I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the clean facilities despite the building showing its age. However, I found it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the thin walls which allowed noise from other guests to travel through. If you're just passing through, it serves its purpose well enough for a night or two.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
I recently stayed for one night and found the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The old building was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable, which made for a restful stay. However, the noise levels were quite disruptive, and I could hear conversations and alarms from neighboring rooms, which detracted from the experience.

Cozy vibes and friendly staff!
Staying here feels like being with fam! Super warm welcome, and the team is just so helpful. The rooms are awesome—clean and spacious with a huge bathroom. Plus, the terrace is a lovely spot to chill. Only thing is, the male reception helper could step up a bit. Otherwise, all good!
